The Charlotte Starz Tournament Organization, Inc. is a North Carolina non-profit corporation organized on December 29, 2006 exclusively for the promotion of amateur athletics within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. As a non-profit corporation, our annual financial statements as reported on IRS form 990 are a matter of public record and are made available to interested parties on this page of our website or upon request.

The Charlotte Starz Tournament Organization, Inc. recognizes a January 1 through December 31 fiscal year, and our annual reports are therefore due by May 15 of the following year. We will post each year's annual return on our website within 10 days of its filing, or no later than May 25 of a given calendar year for the proceeding year unless a filing extension is requested and granted. In this event, we will post a notice on our site indicating when we expect to post the prior year's form 990 by May 25 and will update this anticipated completion date as necessary until posted.
