The Charlotte Starz , founded in 2006 by coaches Ashley Davis and Joey Campbell, is one of the area’s fastest growing girls youth tournament softball organizations. We are committed to instilling in our players the principles of good citizenship and sportsmanship and to provide our young athletes with the conditioning, discipline, and sense of teamwork necessary to succeed at tournament-level competitive softball and to develop among our participants a winning attitude and commitment which will be carried both on and off the field of play.

The Charlotte Starz Tournament Organization, Inc. is a North Carolina non-profit corporation organized exclusively for promoting amateur athletics within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
